Today, our patients range from ages 2 to 64 who come in for minor and seasonal ailments or injuries.  Our rates are affordable and we attend to your medical needs quickly and efficiently.  Our patients appreciate that our staff is kind, caring and friendly.  We get you in as quickly as we can without having a need for an appointment although one is preferred, to keep things moving faster.

Robert Carlson, M.D. graduated from Medical College of Georgia in 1988 and completed Emergency Medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio from 1988 - 1991.  He has over 25 years of experience in emergency medicine and urgent care.

In 2000, Dr Carlson founded Kennesaw Urgent Care clinic to provide quality medical care to uninsured patients who needed affordable non-emergency and non-life threatening medical attention.  Dr. Carlson believes that his uninsured patients should still receive the same excellent service and quality medical care as those who have healthcare insurance.
